Your Summer Style Guide
Swimsuit - They should be slim, comfortable and hit three quarters down your thigh. Look for a 5” to 7” inch inseam depending on your height. Also, no elastic. The second you body surf a wave, those puppies are coming down.
Shirt - Seems set to be a warm late summer, so the best option would be a slim fitting linen shirt or a light weight woven cotten shirt.
Sunglasses - I have been buying the same model for over 30 years, No they are NOT Aviators! Don’t get me wrong, they look good on the guy with an absurdly strong jaw. But for the rest of us, we need something square to accentuate our cheek bones. Look for a pair that are a little more squared.
Shoes - It’s summer, so socks are an option, go without! You’re looking for a nice pair of leather-lined classic sneakers. Your shoes will last longer and stink less.
Jacket - Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean you get to pack away the blazer. Actually, if you wear it right, it will be the classiest piece in your closet. Go for a cotton or linen unlined blazers, it will upgrade your whole outfit, from the beach straight to dinner!
